Due to the perishable nature of fine wine, Thatcher’s Wine only accepts returns for bottles that are corked, flawed, or damaged during transit. We strive to ensure every vintage reaches you in pristine condition and offer a 30-day window for reporting quality concerns.

Return Process

  Report Issue

  Contact our sommelier team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the flaw or damage.

• 2.
  Provide Evidence

  For damaged or corked bottles, please provide clear photographs of the label, the cork, and any visible signs of leakage or breakage.

• 3.
  Return Shipping

  Once approved, we will provide a prepaid temperature-controlled shipping label to ensure the wine is returned safely to our cellar.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  Upon receipt and inspection of the bottle, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle if inventory allows.
